Jaime started Phoenix Daya Brick Paving LLC this year to bring quality brick paver work and dependable seasonal property care to Detroit and communities across Southeast Michigan. It is owner-operated, it is in its first year, and this page is not going to pretend otherwise.

The company
A new company that would rather be believed than impressive
Phoenix Daya launched this year. There is no decade of history to point at and no wall of awards, and inventing either of those would be the fastest way to lose the trust of the exact people we are trying to earn it from.
What there is: real paver work, photographed as it was finished, and an owner who answers his own phone. Every job photo on this site is a Phoenix Daya job. None of it is stock, and none of it is somebody else's work borrowed to fill a page.
The business runs as four LLCs under one name — Brick Paving, Gutter Cleaning, Leaf Removal and Snow Removal — because a homeowner who needs a patio in June needs the gutters cleared in November and the drive cleared in January, and it should not take three different companies to do it.
Brick paving is the lead trade. Patios, walkways, driveways, steps, landings and retaining walls, installed new or repaired. The other three services are what keeps the property right for the rest of the year.
What we will and will not say

- That we are new. That the owner does the work. That estimates are free. That we both build and repair — which a lot of contractors in this trade do not.
- We will not claim
- Reviews we have not earned, years we have not worked, or credentials we cannot put a document behind. When there are real reviews, they will appear on this site with real names attached.
- Ask us anything
- If there is something you want confirmed before you hire us, ask on the phone. You will get a straight answer, including when the answer is no.
