What's included

Leaf Removal in Metro Detroit

Leaves are a cosmetic problem for about a week. After that they mat down on the lawn and smother it, fill the gutters back up the day after they were cleared, hold water against paver joints and step risers, and turn a shaded walk into something genuinely slippery.

Phoenix Daya Leaf Removal LLC handles leaf blowing, collection, hauling and disposal for both residential and commercial properties. That means the beds, the fence lines, the foundation edges and the hard surfaces as well as the open lawn — the corners where wind piles them are where the damage actually happens.

It is also the natural partner to gutter cleaning, and the sensible order is leaves first, gutters after. Clearing gutters while the trees are still dropping just means doing it twice.

What you get

  • Leaf blowing across lawn, beds, walks and drives
  • Collection and bagging
  • Hauling and disposal off the property
  • Beds, fence lines and wind-trap corners cleared, not just the open lawn
  • Residential and commercial properties
  • Repeat visits through the season, or one thorough end-of-fall clean-up

What to expect

How a leaf clean-up goes

No mystery and no surprises — here is the order the work actually happens in.

  1. Agree the scope

One thorough clean-up once everything is down, or repeat visits as it falls? Properties with heavy tree cover usually want more than one pass; we will be straight about which yours is.

  2. Edges first

Beds, fence lines, foundation edges and hard surfaces get cleared first, because that is where leaves pack in and stay wet.

  3. Work to a collection point

Leaves are moved across the property to a single collection area rather than pushed from one corner to another.

  4. Collect and bag

Everything is gathered up and bagged, so what is left is a clean property rather than a pile somebody has to deal with later.

  5. Haul away

The leaves leave the property with us and are disposed of. If you would rather they went to the curb for municipal pickup, say so and we will do that instead.

  6. Final pass

Walks, drives and patios get blown clean at the end so the hard surfaces are clear when we pull away.

Questions

Leaf Removal FAQ

Do you take the leaves away, or bag them for the curb?

We haul them off the property by default. If your community does curbside yard-waste pickup and you would rather use it, tell us when you book and we will bag and stage them instead.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on the trees over the property and how tidy you want it kept through the season. Some properties need one thorough clean-up once everything is down; others want a visit every couple of weeks through October and November.

Do you take on commercial properties?

Yes — residential and commercial both. If you manage a small property with parking and walks that need keeping clear through the fall, call and describe it.

Can you do the gutters at the same time?

Yes, and the order matters. Gutters after the leaves are down, so they do not refill the following week. Booking both together saves a trip.

Why are there no photos on this page?

Because Phoenix Daya Leaf Removal is new this year and we have not photographed a job yet. Rather than put up a stock photo of somebody else's crew, this page carries our own crest until we have real work to show.
