What this site collects

This website has one form: the free estimate request. When you submit it, the information you typed into it is sent to us. That includes your name and email address, and — if you chose to provide them — your phone number, your city, the service you are interested in, your property type, your timeline, and the description of the job you wrote.

Nothing else on this site collects information about you. There is no account to create, no newsletter sign-up, and no comment section.

What we use it for

We use it to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, and carry out the work if you go ahead. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. We do not send marketing email to people who only asked for a quote.

Where it goes

Estimate requests are delivered through the hosting and lead-handling services that run this website, and are stored in the system we use to keep track of jobs and quotes. Those providers process the information on our behalf so that we can reply to you.

Standard technical information — such as your IP address and browser type — is handled by our hosting provider as part of serving the page and protecting the site from abuse. That is a normal function of web hosting rather than something this site does with you specifically.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not build a profile of you across other websites.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests for as long as they are useful for quoting, carrying out and standing behind the work, and for as long as our record keeping obligations require. If you would like your request deleted, ask us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The fastest way to do any of that is to call (313) 333-2861.

Children

This site is aimed at property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
