These services are not a random list — they run into each other, and doing them in the right order saves money.
Water is the common thread
A gutter overflowing onto a patio washes the base out from under the pavers, and the patio settles. Clearing the gutter is often the cheaper half of a paver repair — which is why we would rather fix the cause than come back and re-set the same corner every spring.
Order matters in the fall
Leaves first, gutters after. Clearing gutters while the trees are still dropping means paying to do it twice, and a gutter that refills in November is a gutter full of ice in January.
Winter is easier if summer went well
The people who built your paver driveway are the ones who know where the edges are when it is under snow. Setting up clearing in the fall — with the property already walked — beats calling round at six in the morning during the first storm.
